Pack Size: 20 Tea Bags

Direction and Dosage: Use 1 teabag for every 250ml cold or room temperature water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup. Steep for 10 min to max 30 min. Stir or shake in between. Remove teabags. Enjoy with or without ice.
